Cuddly, I already did that and nadda, I waited 5 minutes on all 3 browsers. :( I just thought I post this to them to let them know that they might want to fix that. As it will surely frustrate the ones who are registering.

D: lol I just want my passes

Does anyone know if there's a way post-registration to check the box for Omegathon? I'm paying for someone else's ticket right now to make sure they get one and noticed the check box, I don't remember it being there when I bought my pass, but I kind of wanted to check it on the off chance I got picked. Is that something I can do, or is it too late?

T4CT, from what I remember, if you registered early enough, you were automatically registered for the Omegathon and there wasn't a box to check for it.

This may be wrong, but that's what I remember hearing.

since my thread about my question on the registration site not showing, nothing but a blank screen. I didn't know that question was supposed to be in the FAQ's. Thanks for moving it to the right place.

Do we know why it is not loading, showing a white screen but the url is showing. I let it load for 5 mins and nothing. Plus I did this in all the browsers, please help and let me know why it is doing this please.

    Thanks!

So, how does one register if my shipping address will be an APO box?

Follow-up...if the answer is "you don't" how do I bill my credit card if my billing address is an APO? I can ship the badges to my parents place.

EDIT: SOLVED for me anyway. I had a credit card with my stateside address so that'll work. Still would be nice to have an APO address for those of us overseas with the military!

This is correct. If you registered before the checkbox existed, you were auto-opted in.

Thank you for the info! I wasn't really worried about me but some people I'm going with are under 18 so yah.

Now I just have to register...Going to have the money this week. Then I'm going to get hotel room and plane tickets.

It's worth noting that while there's no entry restriction, the concerts don't specifically adhere to any particular age-appropriateness. At East '11, P&S made it a point to get the entire audience to give them the finger, and there were several jokes made that were arguably above PG-13.

That's fine. The youngest coming with us is 15 and it should be fine. We just wanted to make sure they could go to the concert.

I now have everything booked now too. Plane tickets, Hotel Room, Passes. Everything. I'm ready.

Has the amount of media been toned down this year? I know in years past I've seen some people who were DEFINITELY not working reporters with media badges. (Some looked way too young, and some of the badges read "jims-videogame-blog.blogspot.com. Just seemed silly).

Also, will there be a media hour or media line this year?

Last year there was a media line to get into pax. The medical pass line was next to it. Also on Saturday the media and medical passes got in an hour early.

    1. The media requirements have been reworked to screen out people who should not have media passes, we have also cut down the total number of media passes available. More information here: http://prime.paxsite.com/registration.php

    2. Media will still have an hour early access on one day of the show.

The registration page says "You must have a printer ready to print your registration." We've never needed this in the past, did it change? Are we really expected to keep a printout for 4 months?

Nothing has changed, that text has always existed and always only applies to people who are picking up passes at will call (and can be printed from the confirmation e-mail at any time).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE HAVE PASSES THREAD

Typically 3-4 weeks before PAX, we allow a thread to allow people seeking passes after sellout from people who bought tickets, but can no longer attend. This will still be allowed to happen with one exception: From here forward, all passes must be made available at face value (at current that is $60 for 3-day passes and $35 for single day passes). Anybody who wishes to sell their passes for more than face value must do so off site (i.e. ebay, craigslist, etc).
Posts will only be allowed from people who HAVE a pass they are selling, there will be NO MORE posts asking for passes.

If somebody tries to sell you a pass through this thread above face value: Either PM Moe Fwacky or report his/her post or private message. Appropriate action will be taken to preserve this rule.

When will the have a pass thread be going up?

Once 1 days passes are closer to selling out, we'll post the thread. Please hold on to your passes until this thread goes up. Thanks.

    Important updated information.

So with the 3-day badges sold out just as I was going to pick one up, I decided I'll only attend a single day. (I live locally). With that in mind, which day would be the best day to attend, in other people's opinions? Thanks.

I would imagine that Saturday or Friday would be a good day, as those have the longest hours.

I ordered 10 sets of 3 day passes in two different transactions on April 15th for myself and friends who are attending Pax Prime.

I received two order confirmations (because I had to make two orders) and my debit card was charged two payments of $300 ($600 total).

This morning I decided to check on the tickets on the interactive ticketing website and I tried to enter my confirmation codes. One worked, the other one did not and it is only showing the transaction of one set of tickets.

Now like I said, I was charged two payments of $300 for a total of 10 tickets. So whats the deal? There is no contact email from interactive ticketing nor a telephone number I can call. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with someone.
