Oh holy hell on all earth LeBlanc is disgustingly strong. I wandered into the lane, lost 95% of my hp, and promptly ran back to base.
I just bought her and while she has really high burst damage, she doesn't have sustained dps and is really squishy especially to people who know how to get around her passive or AOE attacks. Watching someone Ult your duplicate is a lot of fun though. She is great at running away though since you can have 3 blinks with flash but if she gets stunned she has a really high chance of dying.
I've played her a few times but obviously not as well as my opponent was. I was playing Teemo and figured I'd just keep attacking her constantly and I'd win sooner or later.
It didn't work.

For LB to be in danger she has to
)Be tricked into blinking forward and waiting too long to blink back
)Miss the chain off her E
)Use Q or E after using W so she cannot ult her blink
Anyone have any tips on how to seal the deal with WW?
I love him to death, and he's an assist monster, but when I have to solo lane for a minute, (Teammate dead, healing, etc), it's like the opponents Carry knows they can push me. Even with Q/W/E/R all up, I find I can only take them to about 20% before they tower up and laugh at me.
(My typical rotation is W->R->Smite->Q->E->Q)
And I'm still getting plagued by this issue where WW is channeling his R and my enemy just starts running away from me while I'm stuck standing there. Gives them quite a head start. GAHHH.

She is disgustingly strong. The enemy team all bought a Banshee's Veil and it didn't help at all. I just simply waited until the bubbles popped and sniped off their team one at a time.
as long as you don't send sir squishy mcsquishyface from squishingham palace to lane against leblanc she can be shut down for the entire game. I would imagine gragas vs leblanc would have humerus results
She is strong if the enemy team lacks disables to lock her down.
All they got to stop you is sona's ult, shen's taunt (which you can avoid by staying away from shen), and luxs root. And luxs root's projectile is too slow to hit leblanc as she blinks around. Noc's fear isnt going to trigger.
Of course it helps when 60% of the enemy team is squishy.
I put myself as a squishy against leblanc all the time. It really isnt an issue to not feed her. Almost always ill go back before 6 and grab a significant magic resist item. A leblanc that cant kill you in a burst isnt going to get fed. When midgame rolls around and if leblanc doesn't have any kills or sigificant farm she becomes a non-factor easily.

this is how I feel when I play leblanc until you come up against a team that can actually assasinate her. a team with an assasin or two can ruin leblanc day pretty easily. I played her a day or two ago and completely shut down tf mid, I had 50 cs and a kill over him at one point, which is why their nocturne literally saved his ult only for me. He would be watching me for hours in a bush somewhere, wait for me to W then ult me, ganked me constantly mid, my only deaths were to him ulting and killing me. She's good, but really only against certain team comps, I still love her though.
on that note, flash not breaking nocturnes fear needs to be gone, like, next patch, or else. what kind of shit is that?
also, where did all the Blind monks go? I have seen him in my last 6 or 7 games, you would think with the buffs people would be playing him more.

He's still pretty mediocre, even with the buffs.
Part of it has to do with the fact that his gap closer is a skill shot, so if he misses/it's blocked, you just kite him like any other melee with no gap closer.
Another thing I think that's hurting him is that he needs more damage items than some of his melee comrades, so picking someone like Renekton is a much more ideal choice at the moment.
Ryze question. I was recently told to start with RoA, but it hasn't felt like it worked as well as my previous build, I haven't won a game since I switched I believe.
Right now I'm using RoA/Merc/Tear/Nega/Glacial/Abyssal or Veil then the other/Heart/Manamune. I rarely make it past Nega, and it takes me almost 20 minutes to get the RoA built because whoever I lane against knows that they have to shut me down at any cost or lategame will be unpleasant for them.
Now my old build was Tear/Merc/Nega/Glacial/Abyssal or Veil then the other/RoA/Heart/Manamune.
Yeah the Rod is late, but I don't count on the getting fully charged in order to use it, and lategame I've actually got the cash to buy it in one trip back. This build made me feel like it was hard to shut me down because every single hit would get harder to the point where they'd have to back off or day.
I was thinking of going Catalyst/Tear/Merc/Nega/Glacial/Abyssal/Veil or RoA then the other/Heart/Manamune. Basically just hold the Catalyst until I'm high enough level to not need the level up boost anymore combined with Tear's regen and expanding manapool. Thoughts?
Ive always rushed tear as Ryze first, followed by basic boots and double saphires. Then depending on lane glacial or cata, then upgrade both then archangels then... anything by this team youve won usually.

I was going to say something but I changed my mind. At the end of the day if the build isn't working for you, don't use it. Your first build sounds perfectly viable, and it sounds like the one you're trying now doesn't fit your playstyle (if you're getting beaten in lane trying to do it). At some point, once you get enough games with a character, you have to figure out what works for you, not some min-max strategy.
you need someone who has a good levels one to four to lane against Leblanc, she's kind of like vlad that way
I've been zoned to uselessness by level two against a miss fortune who just autoattacked the fuck out of me at level one and I couldn't catch up after that

Tried Cass last night... in a solo custom game. Against Shen. Probably not a very representative game... but I worked out some of her mechanics.
Maybe I just need more practice... but her twin fangs attack that's supposed to be on a .5 cooldown if your enemy is poisoned is very difficult to pull off at 160 ping. The combo I saw for her were Q, E, E, W, E, E, E, Q, E, E... but I wasn't ever able to get off a second .5 E after Q. It would land and always take the full cooldown.
After having played her it would be very difficult -not- to push a lane with her. Do we have anyone here who is good with her and can recommend... a playstyle? I would love to pick her up with the rattlesnake skin, because it would be very rare. But if it would be impossible for me to get good with her I'll look elsewhere for my -surprise! I'm good!- champ.

I have tried so many times to do the whole Double fang thing on her. People keep saying it is great, keep spouting numbers and telling me it's the best way to go.
My personal experience on the matter is to play her less bursty and more damage over time. I boost her Q and her miasma. This in turn boosts my speed and slow the enemy. Then I sit back and just slowly melt them away in the lane. They don't notice it at first because huge chunks of red aren't dropping off their health bar, but there is that delicious point where you can tell that they just realized that they are at 1/4 hp and are now scared to death of anything you do.
I only put one point in twin fang in that build. Tear of the goddess (becomes arch angels later) rylai's, deathcap, some sort of defense, and just MELT everyone.
It's great in a team fight because your Q and your miasma tick on the whole damn team instead of just trying to burst down one person. Also both skills have ridiculous range so you can just stay back and do your thang. If anyone gets close you ult them, or save it to save your team if shit goes south.
I have really really tried to make the twin fang thing work but I don't think it is a playstyle that works for me. it requires me to get too close and as other have stated she can't get away too easily. But her Q and miasma are stupid easy to hit with and the Q has a damned good ratio on top of a super low cooldown.
Just my thoughts on the matter.

It's hard to 'main' someone and truly come out ahead most of the time. Counterpicking draft picks is a large part of this game.
Rumored coming champion (supposedly seen on chinese official site):
"Sejulani is a bruiser designed to tank and initiate, focusing on movement, timing and positioning. Her skill set is intended to help her and her allies close gaps, disrupt and interrupt during team fights and with good timing reflect spells back. Her resource is mana based and her abilities have a reasonably high cost. Sejulani's passive rewards her for staying in combat longer. Her concept revolves around her fighting prowess, famed, single handily slaying some of the most powerful creatures in Runeterra."
Passive - Chilled to the bones
As Sejulani takes damage her body slowly turns to solid ice, increasing her defence by x%, upon death her entire body is encased in ice, causing her to shatter, slowing enemies in small area around her.
Q - Black Ice
Sejulani freezes the ground in a line in front of her, increasing allies movement speed and slowing enemies who walk over it by X%.
W - Mirror Shield
Sejulani encases her shield in a layer of enchanted ice, reflecting back any spell targeted at her for X seconds. Does not affect area effect spells.
E - Winter's Claw
Sejulani coats her claw in solid ice, extending her melee range and dealing additional damage for 4 hits until the ice shatters.
Champions affected by Black Ice are immobilized for 1.5 seconds if struck.
R - Avalanche
Sejulani slams both claw and shield into the ground, summoning a devastating avalanche that deals x damage and knocking those caught in it forward.

Sounds like it will be good against baddies who don't just ignore her in fights. Her passive and mirror shield require targets to be attacking her. Good low Elo solo queue champ. But of course, it's too soon to tell.

Wait, wait
So did they actually hotfix Lee?
I haven't had a chance to play in a couple days.
Increased his AD ratios, I rememer Q is 1.0 and R is 2.0. Forgot about E.
Passive is increased to 15% energy regen, though it doesn't show in tooltip. It's a nice tweak.
15 energy per hit. Not 15% regen. Went up from 10 energy per hit, so you get back 30 energy if you auto attack the enemy twice after you use an ability, or activate the secondary aspect of an ability.
