Bogart: it seems increasingly clear to me that that is what webcomics do, by and large. like, they all seem to stake out a very particular slice of subculture and send out the mysterious pheromone signals to let people know that this is a safe place to discuss pornographic rabbit furries in the 40k universe or whatever.
Jacob, that sounds about right to me. Find an audience, pander to it, then keep pandering, and then pander some more.
Exactly, yeah.
I like that PA has moved away over the years from just gamer stuff to more absurdist humor, character humor, and now guys-with-marriages-and-kids type stuff. It's probably the big reason why I'm still here reading it.

I love it when Gabe draws weird stuff just because he can.

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.
While it enhances and expands the Twilight Imperium experience fans have come to love, Shards of the Throne also offers an entirely new way to play. With the included preset map, rules, and components, players can witness the fateful fall of the Lazax emperors (or prevent it) in a special historic campaign that takes place at the start of the Age of Twilight!
In Fall of the Empire, the included scenario, players are not racing to collect victory points. Rather, one player takes control of the once-powerful Lazax, ruling from the lush green paradise of pre-war Mecatol Rex. The other players take the roles of the remaining great races, fighting in the territorial disputes that hurled the galaxy into centuries of carnage. The Lazax are losing their grip on the empire. But will you serve them as a loyalist, or defy them for your own interests?

Yup!
It was announced like the other day? So... Thursday or Friday? I can't remember. But yeah, at first I was upset because I traded away my copy for Agricola and Space Alert (a deal I still think I came out on top of). But then the next day a guy in our board game group that shows up rarely lately e-mailed me asking me if I want his copy... FOR FREE! Hell yeah I took that in a heart beat. Now I'm excited again.
So we get stiff once in a while. So we have a little fun. What’s wrong with that? This is a free country, isn’t it? I can take my panda any place I want to. And if I wanna buy it a drink, that’s my business.
I am at work, but this is somewhat balanced out by the beef sandwich I am eating. Fine, thick slices of beef from last night's meal, a bit of salad for appearance's sake, and lovely bread.
That's incredibly annoying. Almost halfway through trying to do absolutely everything in far Cry 2, and now I find that I've gimped myself out of it because some of the main missions are held back from you if you switch sides too early. And nowhere in any of the guides I've read does it tell you this. Which means some of the stuff I've spent hours doing can't be completed because sdatyrsrffghjsdfaksdfajksdfhjksdf.

I voted based entirely on a single issue about which I know nothing for a person who will do everything in his power to degrade my quality of life. #democracy

I don't actually know if it is the same guy. Digg seems to think it is.
EDIT: Apparently it isn't. Boo.

I love that noise at the start
me too. he's really come a long way as an artist.
have you rinsed with saltwater solution
That will certainly clean it but I am afraid not relieve pain.
I am using this gel stuff with lidocaine in it but it helps only a tiny bit for a short time. It is frustrating.
In other news: Today I will give my vote to someone who hopefully deserves it.
no no no, the actual best part
there is a spinoff
about a high school for cute vampires
and the spinoff?

Well I guess you haven't REALLY accomplished your Nier LP yet.

Why that's an odd song to be playing right now, Slacker... agree?
But because it's Queen, there's no chance in hell I'm skipping it.
Sadly though, I will probably end up reading all of it tonight after I get off work.

Yes, we vote only on Sundays, cause most people don't work and have time to go voting.
