Unless it's a blue or better I wouldn't bother. And until max level never above 3-4 unless you are TERArich or something.

I tried upgrading a lvl22 blue staff my priest got in a dungeon during open beta and found that I couldn't use lvl23 crystals on it because crystals count the required level to equip. Whoops.

got to your activities menu and select enchant. put in the item you want to enchant along with a sacrificial item of the same type (weapon for weapons, gloves for gloves) and preferably of the same tier and an appropriate alkahest powder that you can be obtained from a merchant. click enchant. hope you get a +1 out of it.

I've read that after +3 white items have a significantly reduced chance and green + blue ones haver betetr chances

Well I got a couple general failures and now I'm "Unable to connect to Login System". Pity, servers seemed rock-solid during OBT.
Edit: Furthermore, looks like En Masse's website is having similar issues as well. They don't have the site on the same servers as the game, right? RIGHT?

So while sitting here waiting for this to finish downloading sometime next year: Are PA duders playing on a specific server or how does that even work? I guess maybe there might be something in the OP but busy watching Tube's hilarious Hitman thing so not too keen on skimming the op.

go to your menu bar after you get out of the prologue, click the social button-> guilds on server and search for We Are Nice Guys. App with a mention of where you're from and one of the gents will approve you if I'm not on
getting way too many error 0008:0000's, makes the game rather annoying to play at times. would be slightly less annoying if disconnecting didnt mean killing the entire client
There were a ton of Sorcs in the starting zone today as I was leveling my archer, there is pretty much a universal tank shortage that spans all MMOs, If I had to pick 2 classes that are played the least I would say Berserker and Lancer (with archer as third). But this is all totally groundless guessing based on what I've seen.

probably all the archers rerolling..
melee classes definitely feel like the focus of the game so there's always going to be a lot of them. which proved true with the sheer number of slayers and warriors running around. I got the vibe from a lot of places that archers were basically a weaker sorc, so their numbers would probably drop as time goes on.

Took me about 12 hours to get from 32 to 38. That is counting meal breaks and such.
Some guild that is supposedly the Ctrl-Alt-Delete comic group declared a guild versus guild war on our group. They were rolling a few of our low members and some folks went to help. Now the guild leader is instructing their members to run from ours and complaining about the war. Which he declared.
Also saw some level 25s harassing the level 12-13s trying to quest. Blew them up and they are in area chat complaining. They were marked as outlaws.
