I really don't understand why people don't rush Hydras in ZVP
Like, Hydra Den w/Range is about the same cost as Burrow/Speed for roaches, and they shred Gateway units so much better
You cannot get enough hydras out to stop a 6 gate with just hydras and lings. If your opponent scouts it, they just go heavier on the zealots and you will get wrecked
I can't tell if Blizzard are being stupid, or just assholes.
But either way not adding LAN makes them fuckers.
Only thing that makes sense is that it has something to do with their legal issues with Kespa and ensuring all tournaments play through BNet servers so that they have complete legal leverage over any sort of esports tournies.

Copyright & intellectual property don't work the same way in Korea, so Kespa doesn't have to pay Blizzard anything in order broadcast Blizzard-owned images (like the logo, the name Starcraft, the shapes of the units, etc.). The only way to combat this is to make it so that Blizzard can make it so that Kespa can't actually play the game (by refusing their games through bnet). If they add LAN, Kespa will again be free to ignore US copyright.
So everyone loses so two companies can fight =(.
