Honestly, I'm really partial to handling ties by removing the players with the a tied vote plus the person who caused the vote to tie, but I feel that is a little extreme for a mini. So ties will be handled by randomly selecting one of the players with a tied vote.
The actions will go as follows: Vote, Defensive actions, Offensive actions.

Players with post restrictions are rarely something other than village aligned. (caveat: Beware those faking one and trying to take advantage of this. I'm looking at you, Orange Soda, you were not fooling anyone!)
