I know I should use Yukiko just because I haven't before and her Magic stat is really good, but I just can't bear to put Chie on the sidelines. Plus if I go Yosuke, Kanji, Chie, then I eventually get a team with no elemental weaknesses which has gotta be a good thing.

Eh, Yukiko's ice weakness isn't that big a problem. The main reason she keeps her weakness, I think, is because she's so powerful that it would be unbalanced without that negative trait.
Anyways, by end game you can easily afford to give her an Eye of Ice to help deal with that.
I'm on floor 41, and I swear, the bosses I have had no trouble with. It's the random encounters that chew me up and spit me out. They're tough enough to survive two rounds of weakness hitting and All Out Attacks, and do more damage then Dia can keep up with, and they get Enemy Advantage half the time even if I hit them with the freaking Nagnita.
Oh yeah, and they seem to have the uncanny ability to dodge their weakness 1/3 of the time.

Honestly, I'd say that this is the case with most SMTs. The bosses are usually challenging but the real bullshit comes from the random encounters, especially in Nocturne.

Getting a preempt's near impossible on P4 Expert, too.
My other problem with Yukiko is that she is so specialized. In most RPGs, that's great but in Megaten you want balanced. Pretty much everyone else has a backup attack or buff they can use if the enemy is resistant to their main attack, but not Yukiko.

This just means that she has even more SP to serve as a healbot.
Which game is this again? I'm awful with locations.
Nocturne? I hated random encounters in Nocturne. I know it seems like I'm picking apart the game, but I honestly did like it... I just couldn't finish it.
When I use yukiko, I eventually do give her a new weapon, just because I use rush far too much for such a low powered weapon to be useful at later levels.
Funny thing about playing Persona 4 for awhile is I find it hard to remember the actual date afterward. Happened with P3 too, and probably FES when I get around to playing it.
I'm thinking of fusing an ailment focused persona for those shadows that are jerks without easily exploitable weaknesses. (The nerve!) Any suggestions for a persona and worthwhile ailments? I've just finished the Void Quest.

Well I just spent all day yesterday chasing down Soejima's incredible artwork so I'm not exactly blown away, but this is pretty good too.
Weird theme of girls shrugging off jackets, main character's wings are dumb and the one wearing the blue tie and nothing else is Midori with Amane's weird hair thing and Haru's wardrobe. Other than that funky, if a little too much on the "I smoulder with generic rage" side.
The blonde nurse who looks hopped up on meds is my favourite.

The DDS games have no relation to Nocturne, though (apart from, as The Anonymous said, a single secret boss).
When you make her through fusion she asks where a "Mr. Red" and "Mr. Blue" are though.

Main and Chie were the last ones standing, and took him down with 1 and 30 HP respectively.
Good thing he only did single attacks.

When you get tired of the delicious experience, Estoma is your friend.
Assuming you leveled enough to avoid encounters in the Obelisk with Estoma.
Also, Mana Refill and a Media/Medairama/Mediarahan is priceless in these scenarios. Or Mana Drain if Mana Refill is not available.
Aces Wild is a pretty stellar game.

Frankly I don't think I've unequipped the weapon you get for her Dungeon Bonus boss since I got it.
+50 SP is really good.

Hmm... looks alright, the characters, while uninteresting imo, are definitely less annoying looking than the first game.
Edit: Man, I still can't get over the heroine's boobs. What the fuck, boobs don't point that way.
WTF is up with that girl on main's left. Some outfit.
Great music, sounds like.
Maybe it's the hair. Or the vacant expression.
Or those empty, soulless eyes.
All in all, I approve of the cast, aside from wearing-a-tie-and-that's-it girl.
Beret-wearing redhead is in the good list.
Edit: The majority of the cast is good though.

edit: why is everyone complaining about the boobs now? They were just as bad in the first game aside from Haru.

Well, for me I only ever saw the one pair from what's her name, that beginning schizo girl. I didn't get very far in that game.
But that picture is all of them, straining for escape, at once. It's a little overwhelming.
