Oh hey, got an email from NoA saying my order finally "is in the final stages of processing." Go to check their website and holy crap, it actually says shipped, and provides a tracking number! Go to UPS: ">>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later."

I mean, come on.
I'm in a similar situation. According to the Nintendo website, my order for Xenoblade seems to go back and forth between "Shipped" and "Null." Game was supposed to come out nearly a week ago and I still don't have it - I have no intention of ever preordering from Nintendo again.
I found an adapter you can use, but that just runs the 480p Wii output through HDMI. It does not make it HD in any way.
I always wanted to know if this thing did a better job than component cables, but reports have been seriously mixed ranging from "massive difference" to "no difference at all".

Pretty big gamble considering that price.
I own one, and if you've yet to buy Component Cables, $30 is the going price on average of your usual WIi Component cables outside of the Monoprice stuff.
Looks good, though admittedly I play on a little 19" 720p TV. I can snap pics if you'd like, not that I think it'd show anything.
Edit: I bought it because I wanted to use my PSP Go via component and there was only one component input on the TV, so I had to move the Wii up to HDMI.
Yes, funny thing you should mention that actually...
I'm gonna say this much, it's a good thing the game's got such great voicework.
Yeah... I'm still using a 27" CRT that's over a decade old.
I have to cut the distance between my TV and my couch in HALF to even pretend to read the text on most Wii games lately*, especially when this game highlights them in blue on a whiteish background. Let's hear it for portable camping chairs.
*And by "lately" I mean "pretty much ever since MadWorld".

I've had component cables since the day I got my Wii, and a 45' LCD to boot, so that's why I was wondering if the HDMI doodad would offer further improvement.
I think I have Quest based OCD. I just now got the Monado shield ability and I'm level 21 in this cave.
Haha yeah I am way higher level than most of the stuff I am killing at this point. But hey, like 99% of my quest log is complete! (the rest require me to go further in the story)

You get the message that UPS can't find the shipment because UPS hasn't actually picked up the package and scanned it into its system. You'll find tracking tomorrow.
As far as your situation Rainbow not sure. I have a similar issue in that they finally shipped it Monday, even though it released last Friday, and since it's coming from the ass end of Washington, I won't see the game until next Monday it seems like. So almost a week and a half after the game released, I'll finally get it. Worst shipping ever. Way to be the only online retailer selling the game.
Well, I got this game two weeks ago, and am absolutely loving the hell out of it.
I'm currently rocking a nice party with Melia, Dunban, and Seven. Dunban's naked with his Inner Focus ability, and an Agility Up gem on his sword, Seven is using the Speed armor, and Melia is using Summon Aqua and Summon Wind at the start of the battle. The result of this? I can't be touched! (usually). The only problems are Topple Spikes, and the fact that everyone looks silly.
Do you think I should use Summon Ice to reduce the Ether moves that they can't dodge? And if so, which Summon spell should I replace with it? Melia has Aqua, Wind, Flare, and Thunder equipped. The other four slots, I don't want to replace (Healing Gift, Spear Break, Starlight Kick, Mind Blast).
edit: ...Wow, sorry if this is necromancy. I posted before realizing that the last posts were in April.

I got a little excited when I saw your ship.
