I logged out of my game and clicked on firefox. It took about five minutes to load and then it spammed me with several windows. I only hit the button once. I go to my bookmarks and everything is gone. Oh wonderful. All my addons were either gone and the ones that weren't were reset. I lost all my passwords and all that good shit.

So. What the fuck?

And to top it all off when I go to a site I wish to bookmark and I hit ctrl-D and the menu pops up and I hit 'Ok' nothing happens. No bookmark, no nothing. It just sits there.

I'm hella confused.

    Well, all that data is stored in your profile folder, which by default is under c:\Documents and Settings\<your windows username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<random string>.<name of profile>


    Application Data might be hidden, so you have to turn on "show hidden files" in the folder options.

    Additionally, the path to the profile is stored in the Firefox folder in the above path, in profiles.ini - it might have become corrupted or something.
