some people are actually wondering whether they'll dedicate an episode to address Pinkie's abandonment issues and regression to her childhood defense mechanisms against loneliness. While I can see where they're coming from, that subject matter is a bit too dark for the Hub, but I would be morbidly curious about the prospect of such a thing happening. Come on, Lauren, give us da grimdarks!

I'm honestly shocked they went as far as they did in this episode. She was genuinely losing her mind, hallucinating, developing conspiracy theories, and anger issues with all her friends. That being said, I'm a huge fan of her with her hair down

4.) You said other animators draw off-coloured pony art. Any chance of sharing some of those?
4a.) Haaaaaahaha, no way in hell. That kind of thing doesn't even last long around the studio, really. Not everyone's into it.
O______________o
Sort of...want.
I know the Rugrats guys did that too, and one even got posted on the internet. Apparently it's really common with kids shows. for them to draw adult stuff with their characters.
Wait, that's what it means? I legitimately thought it was a question about pallette swaps. I'm not joking.

Shortly after the events recalled in the Cutie Mark Chronicles, Celestia outlawed the cruel and inequestrian practice of rock farming, saving countless fillies from a degrading and soul grinding existence. Unfortunately, for a few unlucky ponies, the damage had already been done. They still war against despair even to this day.

Pffff, she just started using bison to do the horrific work.

The term off-color humor (also known as vulgar humor or crude humor) is an Americanism used to describe jokes, prose, poems, black comedy, blue comedy, insult comedy, cringe comedy and skits that deal with topics that are considered to be in poor taste or overly vulgar by the prevailing morality of a culture. Most commonly labeled as "off-color" are acts concerned with sex, a particular ethnic group, or gender. Other off-color topics include violence, particularly domestic abuse; excessive swearing or profanity; "toilet humor"; national superiority or inferiority, dead baby jokes, pedophilic content, and any other topics generally considered impolite or indecent. Generally, the point of off-color humor is to induce laughter by evoking a feeling of shock and surprise in the comedian's audience. In this way, off-color humor is related to other forms of postmodern humor, such as the anti-joke.

The whole 'Pinkie has a party with imaginary friends' scene was a fantastic performance by the animators and the voice artist.

Anyway, this episode was the is among the best, if not the best. So full of great moments. I loved Fluttershy's delivery of
He's a bear.

Or how pinkie's eyes derps whenever she voices one of her make believe friends, even under the table.
Also, her disguise was a hay with coat and fake glasses on it.

Portal Derpy would be my avatar if only I knew how to resize gifs. DAMN THESE PREHENSILE PAWS!
I think every pony will have a pet by the end of the season.
Rarity and Applejack need one. So far we have an owl, gator, rabbit and Scootaloo.
Rarity has Opal,
Applejack has Winona,
The only main cast without a pet is Rainbow Dash (unless you count Scootaloo )
Derpy must have a Penguin!!!

Today's episode was so awesome!
Also, Rarity's face when she forces herself to drink "Gummy's favorite punch." Ahahahaha!

And I'm pretty sure Gummy needs to be in more episodes now. Wait, no, he needs to be in ALL episodes from now on.

I'd be interested to see what kind of pet they'd give Dash. A pigeon, perhaps? Something to contrast against her speed.
