    I'd like to purchase a small sailing craft as can be crewed by one man and can be reasonable trustworthy on open seas, stock it with as much supplies as possible but with no means of communication, and sail out, adventuring never to be seen again. Then maybe someday somebody will wonder what happened and try to retrace my travels.

    you're a fool to sail alone.

    any long voyage you need at least three men.

    also, sup weaver.

    See Rank I know I would die doing this, it would just be an awesome way to go out. One man against the world sort of deal.

    Also man I need to get those books from you so I can study up to be ready to help your dad out once the season opens. Are you heading down this way anytime soon?

    possibly. next friday is the tenacious D show, so depending on how much time I have, I might be able to drop them off.

    Dunno. We'll see. I've got a new rig now so traveling south is much, much easier.

    3 things in this life are eternal;

    1. Lurkers
    2. noobies
    3. The stupidity of both.

    Therefore "Newbie" threads will always exist :)

    Not all lurkers are stupid. Some of us perfer to just absorb information, or perhaps don't have much to say.
