Has anyone else seen this movie??? Even scarier was anyone else kind of a little...moved by it??? For a movie about a Hobo With a Shotgun I thought it had alot of relevant Social Commentary. If you haven't seen it I suggest you do as it was a very great surprise for me.

I can't help but think, based solely on the title*, that this sounds like another Snakes on a Plane**

*Because the title always totally (and accurately) encompasses every aspect of the movie
** Lots of fanfare and build up for no reason

How does a hobo afford ammo? Seems to me a bow and arrow would be more economical.

It got made into a movie after the trailer got so much buzz, Machete style.

It's supposed to be amazing. The final trailer was even more brutal than the fake one.

It's doing a Canada only run at the moment, I believe. It's so fucking good.

I might be meeting this director soon. He's friends with the guy I'm interning for, and might be coming out to his horror convention at the end of the month. Main actress, also.

Hobo with a Shotgun is indeed baller as hell

Though if you, op, were moved by it, you are pretty dumb.

And people thinking this is another snakes on a plane, it isn't.

The movie is so much better.than the hype and trailer.

Yeah but you can pull them out of people and reuse them, even fashion makeshift arrows if need be. Ain't no hobo fashioning no makeshift shotgun shells.

Shotgun shells are pretty cheap, especially if you reload them yourself. Shotguns are by and large more relaibly lethal than a bow and arrow. You gotta spend money to make money!

For anyone thinking about seeing this movie please note that it is actually an incredibly french art film disguised as a killer tire movie

Half of the movie is the killer tire movie and the other half is a weird surreal metatextual thing where there's an audience in the middle of the desert watching the killer tire movie and trying to figure out what it means

And it's not nearly as funny as that sounds

I think at some point the main character/obvious director cipher gets sick of everyone trying to figure out the reason for the movie's existence and poisons the entire audience

Except for one person who is determined to finish the movie

It would probably be really neat if the director had anything interesting to say about movies beyond "SHIT HAPPENS FOR NO REASON FOOLS"
