I know this sounds REALLY weird, but i like girl jackets. I have a really thin body so they look normal on me.

thing is, the jacket i want is on eBay from a european company. I ordered it and it's a small-medium on the auction

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=009&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&viewitem=&item=190073170365&rd=1&rd=1

is small-medium one size?

is it two sizes?

I wear a small in mens

What do I order in a girl jacket?

It's not weird. I wear girl jeans. European sizes are weird so I would suggest that you message the seller. I'm assuming that small/medium is one size. If you are a small in mens then I think you would probably be a medium in chicks.

No guys. It IS weird. Accept it. It will never be the norm. Just because you wear it doesn't mean it's not weird.

However, that does not mean it's not ok. You can wear whatever you want.

Make sure to get something that's good all year. You're looking in the right direction, I noticed.

I *THINK* that the difference is +4. UK size 16 = American 12.

Also, for most brands, womans size +20 = mens size (woman's size 10 jeans is pretty much 30 inch waist)

    but, I may be off.

    Here, use this site.

You may find it's a bit short in the arms/body. It looks stretchy, though, so across shoulders/chest shouldn't be a problem.

I wear a men's size medium, can fit into a small, but am a large-extra large in women's sizes. Then again I'm not about tight-fitting clothes and women's clothes all seem to be designed for girls with no bust these days. Men's clothes are far roomier in the chest.

Also, Menthol is right. UK is +4 in size differences. I am a US size 8, if that helps any.

Small-Medium basically means it cand be worn by people of bother sizes, so it's not designed to be a close fit. The problem is, most stores actually have their own ideas about size. A size 14 from marks and spencer isn't the same as a size 14 from tescos. An 8-10 should be a 32-33 inch bust and 25-27 inch waist. Even at a mens size small, I'd probably look for something a bit bigger.

I could see myself wearing that. But then I'm the kinda guy who's never quite sure he's in the right section of clothing stores. I'll see something I think I'd like, then notice the "for when you wanna sparkle, gurl!" tag hanging from it.

I blame David Beckham. He's messed me up, man. Messed me up good.

Also scarves. I'm all about the girly scarves at the moment (well it is -4 outside!)

edit: Once, when I left a t-shirt at a mate's, he thought it was his fifteen year old sister's and posted it back home to her.

I'm going to be honest. You look terribly emo, I mean, put the hair down, and you have someone who is EXPECTED to have cuts on their wrist. I think you need to put some meat on your bones.

On topic: The jacket....fits you...I guess.

yeah i am part of that whole "emo" scene and shit. I don't slit my wrists and stuff, I was part of the scene efore that became the stereotype...which just pisses me off.

So...the jacket matches and shit...alright guys. thanks...

    any other opinions?

People who don't like the emo look are of course going to say it looks terrible. I think it looks terrible.

What would be helpfull is to ask people who have similar taste in clothing.

By the way, how did that date go?

well, all the OP was is for some size conversions. And all I'm asking, and I'm asking EVERYONE, if they like emo or not, if they think I should get a bigger size.

As it stands, i got hit on by a few girls today wearing it and almost alot of people like it. So now I'm simply asking for more opinions. If I ask people who like emo, of course they'll be like "yeah it's awesome" but alot of people say it it fits my 110 pound body. Yeah I'm tiny, I tried lifting weights and was in martial arts for 2 years and I didn't gain a pound. the doctors think I might have a disease. So let's not talk about me being a twig. More or less, whather the jacket..."fits" me.

edit: date? WEll all the dates I've been on recently have gone pretty well.

The thing is that the super-tight clothing look is reviled in general unless on a curvaceous woman or someone who likes people who look vulnerable (sweat clothes can have the same effect). See Spandex.

I hope I'm not diverging things off topic too far but what exactly is it about that image that attracts you to it? What is it expressing?

I've never known but I don't actually know anyone who dresses like that to ask them.

The fit is fine. You really are quite small, there's no way you're a mens size small :p

I would say a little larger would be perfect but I really hate wearing tight sweaters. When I get a sweater I look for something that's thick, a little roomy and comfy. I'm a huge stoner so I generally prefer comfort over style.

Give me a break. He barely scratches the emo surface. I have seen so many people so outrageously emo. And remember, it's more than fashion. Is bad poetry involved? Confusion over sexual orientation? A live journal? We're talking about a jacket here.

I'd say your able to pull that jacket off, which is somehing not too many people could do.

There's nothing wrong with a guy wearing slim fitting clothes if he has the proper figure for it. I think that the jacket looks fine on you.

I'm not emo at ALL, but I am still fucking jealous of the things some of you guys can do with your hair.

    *grumbles* sleek-spiked fuckers.

yeah I don't wear things because they fit the "emo look". I just wear what I want. And I guess it's "Emo" I have alot of tshirts from thinkgeek, jinx.com and whatnot and I buy alot of clothes from JC Penny's and stuff. I don't go looking for "emo" clothes. I dunno what what attracts me to it, I just like it. Like I said, I was part of "the scene" before there wa a huge backlash against it.

I just would go to shows and listen to the bands (not exclusivly that music though) and I liked how it looked on me.

Thanks for the compliments though :D .
