No this literally just started today.

I'm hoping they tell me it's just gas or some kind of obstruction.

Did someone say an appendectomy costs 15000 dollars in the US? Fuck me. I'm glad I live in Canada.

Oh, Arivia, what's your philosophy on dead characters? I left an evil Fighter/Thief for dead because he was Evil and I didn't really need him, but I'm wondering if that's really a good general rule to follow.

Leaving Montaron dead is fine, although Xan likely left with him. You can resurrect dead party members at a temple, since I don't think your priests get high enough level to cast Raise Dead in BG1's content.

    Good luck, EM.

Cat, are you sure you don't want to call this cute guy? Maybe leave him a message on voicemail? Maybe more than one? C'mon, it'd be like one of those great sitcom plots, and with equally hilarious consequences for all concerned.

I honestly don't think I could play Baldur's Gate again. Baldur's Gate II, sure, but not the first one. It was enjoyable once, but I think it'd end up dragging quite a lot if I played it again.

I have received text messages and voice mails informing me that some other [very drunk] party loved me. It was excellent So I agree, do this.

These thumb drives have a wood exterior with our name engraved into them.

Couldn't you just plug them all into the one computer and write a batch file?

I don't have a computer or USB hub with 15 ports.

And I've never written a batch file in my life.

However, as of this post, I'm on the last one. It turned out there was only 30mb of PDF files on the original stick so the copy process takes like 15 seconds.

That's pure out of pocket cost. With co-pay and insurance someone in the US is probably going to end up paying $200-300 tops. Most of them will be covered 100% after the co-pay.

There's about a dozen things it could be EM. Does it hurt if you cough or sneeze? What about if you press on it? I'm putting my guess on an infection or inflammation before appendicitis.

I still think a court case dragging out all their shady tactics would have been a more satisfying result. Also, I'm pretty sure this means Rupert Murdoch is safely isolated from any backlash, and he can get on with building his news monopoly. :(

It hurts if I do anything, like breathe or move. It's gotten pretty sharp.

I bet it's a kidney stone, since I didn't have any pain around the navel first.

It is! I'm glad you're enjoying it. Where are you? Any questions?

Not far, sadly. I was too tired and distracted to give it proper consideration. I'm still in Beregost, just trolling around the city talking to every goddamn commoner who has an opinion about iron or bandits on the off-chance one will hire me to kill some innocent people in an alleyway.

You're looking for a man in brown and yellow on the central-east side, the inns in west and south, and the smithy to the east. Also there are quests on the upper floor of the Friendly Arm Inn but you cant finish the spider one in Beregost yet.

That's good to know, that quest was the next one I was specifically planning to do. Will I know when I can do it?

You'll want some spare antidotes and your priests at level 3. Antidotes can be bought at temples.

Well, if your house is in a flat field, you really are required to go for the Bauhaus parts.

Rivs, if you buy dresses over the Bauhaus, I will hit you with a Mondrian canvas.

But they are really pretty dresses!

Depends on where the pain is. Doesn't always start in the navel. Though it could be a dozen things.

    Inflammation, infection of the bowel
    Appendicitis
    UTI
    Kidney Stone
    Food poisoning
    Bladder Stones

Sudden sharp pain = doctor, glad you're going there.

Another odd thing; I generally urinate like a pregnant woman, like every half hour.

I haven't pissed in three hours. So maybe there is a blockage. Could also be the effects of anxiety I guess.

Even better than drunk texting is the drunk persistent texting. The one that starts off happy and flirty, then gets confused when you don't answer and then finally angry and bitter and full of recrimination. And the receiver knows none of this until he/she wakes up the next day and checks their phone.

    "15 messages from Debbie? Bwa?"

No seafood. I thought UTIs caused urethral pain and frequent urination urges, rather than disrupting my existing and normal urge to urinate frequently.

I bet it's cardiac arrest in my second heart.

Lower right abdomen, but on the side itself. It's mostly similar to gas pains but has recently become sharper, and is aggravated by movement or deep breathing.

Probably an aneurysm in your butt brain!

Naw, but the way you're making it sound it's probably not a serious thing. Good thing you have doctors you can see same day there!

It'd take me 3 weeks to even get in to see a doctor unless I was dying... and I'm in the US. So much for private healthcare being awesome.
