Recommend me some Project Management books.

I'm in a lead role at my company, and I'm beginning to feel I would benefit from some classic Project Management skill building. Can anyone point me in the direction of some books on the subject they have found effective?
Not books per se, but make sure you look through all the PM stuff on Gamasutra. Some great stuff in there, even if you're not in games. Also look into the PMBOK (Body of Knowledge), as getting your PMP at some point is probably a good idea.
The PMBOK is a bit intense for a new reader. I would recommend a PMP Exam Prep book instead, actually. Rita Mulcahy wrote the one I have and it is SO much easier to read and understand than the PMBOK for me.

I found that the standard processes had a steep learning curve for me but it eventually clicked and then things got very easy.
Also, see if your company would be willing to sponsor you for a PMP cert. That course is no joke.
