I went to Philly this weekend with my wife for a pre-birthday celebration. We went and saw our friends that live there. They are awesome. I saw the Memphis Taproom on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, and really wanted to go there, but I couldn't remember its name, and my awesome friends found it. So we ate there, and it was awesome, and then we went to a comic store somewhere in Philly, I can't remember the name of it. I was sort of ineberiated from drinking some tasty beers and I was all giddy and chatty and I don't know Philly at all...
Anyway, my wife told me to pick some comics. After playing around with the foam Mjolnir, I selected Strange Tales II and Pop Gun II. I can't open them until Thursday though. And my friend Amanda and her boyfriend Jr gave me Talent. It was really good. My weekend was my motw.
It is a supernatural action mystery thing. A guy is on a plane that gets blown up. The plane goes down in a body of water, he is still drowning, 16 hours later when the rescue/salvage guys show up. He survived somehow, and he has the skills of all of the people who died on the plane. He tries to give the dead people who sort of haunt his brain peace while being pursued by a group of really bad guys.
It is really well done, the art is sort of Jock-ish. It was really great.
a conflicted Wade manages saves the team because he gets creeped out by an old guy making a pass at him.
Just when you think Deadpool is starting to be normal he does some shit like that. I think you're right about Apocalypse. It says the one in the tank is 847 days old, which I'm pretty sure is younger than the other one. If that's true though, where the hell is everyone getting all these baby Apocalypses from?

you were like 20 minutes from me, douglas
why didn't you call me we could've not hung out
I think I saw that comic store when I went to Philly last summer, it's near Ben Franklin's house/grave I forget exactly. Philly's a neat town, I tend to go near the UPenn area to drink when I visit.
Honestly I can't think of any other Antis. I didn't even know AntiSpawn existed. What an awful name.
Anti Venom works because it applies to both his past and his current powerset.
It was his CIA (or whatever organization) boss, and his insignia was Spawn's symbol, with a slash through it. it was terrible. i think that was when i decided i should stop buying issues of Spawn
I guess I'm the only one to think it's terrible, then. I don't know what the mime did Make fun of Ben a bit? Definitely grounds to trap him in an invisible car crusher, terrify him half to death, then stand around and smirk about it.
Our heroes, everyone.
What did he do? what did he do? he's a Mime, he got off light imo!

I'm honestly shocked you are that caught up on a name

Spider-Man, dude who has spider-powers.
Anti-Venom, dude who was once Venom and now cures people.
Talent was a neat comic
spider-man was a name thrust upon a young peter parker by a between jobs ashley j williams
Woah there Douglas! Can't go interupting a petty name-based argument with an on-topic post! But seriously, what's it all about there?

They are all pretty basic
And I always thought that Venom was a pretty cool name actually.
