Blue screen problem, Windows 7 64bit - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe

So I seem to be getting blue screens intermittently, they aren't consistent but they happen. For the past few months it was only while playing League of Legends, now I just had a crash while playing Minecraft and listening to music on Windows Media Player. Here is what the blue-screen says, used BlueScreenView to retrieve it from the dump file, which I can upload somewhere if that would help.
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntoskrnl.exe

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
select Safe Mode.

Technical Information:

*** STOP: 0x0000000a (0x0000000000000094, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000,
0xfffff8000310e8e8)

*** ntoskrnl.exe - Address 0xfffff8000307f740 base at 0xfffff8000300f000 DateStamp
0x4cc791bd

I've tried running memory tests and it never found any errors, anyone have any suggestions on what it could be and/or how to fix it?

Do some googling for your video card + Win7-64bit. If it looks to be a somewhat common problem it might point to a bad video driver? Or I could be talking out my ass based on my own problems that I think are related to Win7-64bit and my NIC driver.

IRQL not less than equal errors almost always tend to be video driver errors in this day and age.
