What time do people usually get there in the morning on friday? I am planning on hitting the main store first off.
All times - there really is no "usually". Some people hang out outside the convention center before 8 for fun (though you can't actually start lining up until 8). Some people get to PAX at 8am for the line experience and to be the first into the expo hall (which doesn't really get you much these days, unless you bee-line to some booth that will end up super popular or get lucky with a booth with limited swag). Others sleep in, take their time, and arrive between 9 and 10. Others show up at like 10:30 or later so they can skip all lines and just walk in.
