Now I just have to combat the other problem, which is persistent laziness.

I love cooking, but I don't feel up for elaborate meals every single night after getting back home from work. Like...I can maybe manage one "involved" dish every two weeks. "Involved" meaning any effort over "cook pasta, put this stuff on pasta, eat" and/or requiring more than 30 minutes to prep and cook. Also anything involving lots of dishes that then need to be taken care of.

    So lazy.

Me too. Boss buys me food a lot too. But that stuff aint good to eat all the time.

ND: Costco and trader joes is the lifeblood of single working females.

    Costco:
$25 whole thing of salmon, cut up into 8 pieces, packed into freezer baggies. 8 meals

Take a baggy and put it in the fridge when you leave for work. Come home, thaw until soft.

    Foil on your cooking tray

    Salmon

    A dash of mixed seasoning.

    Squeeze a lemon on there.

Squeeze some Agave syrup ($3 trader joes) on there

hrow in toaster oven for about 10 mins at 400.

$10 bag of broccoli- take a handful or so of broccoli. Costco is pre-washed i think. Heat up some water in frying pan to boiling, enough to sorta steam your broccoli. Throw broccoli in there. Salt+ Olive Oil + sugarStir it up, cover with lid. Broccoli in 5 mins.

    Trader joes:

$3 bag of golden potatoes. Microwave a potato for 5 mins.

If you time it just right 15 min dinner.

I also recommend a George Forman grille and getting the 8 pack of foster farms chicken breasts. Make some chicken breast dinners.

I also like to go to Vons or whatever and get some kale. It's cheap and highly nutritious. I cook it the same way as broccoli. I dont use any seasoning though since kale has a pretty good flavor already.

one of my friends got two neodymium magnets stuck to a very sensitive area
which, he reports, upon removal, left the area pinched and extremely painful with the beginnings of a blood blister
my friend is kind of dumb
like on a basic evolutionary level

How has everyone let this slide past?

holy shit that would hurt so badly.

I guess in the world of the PA:AC, a dude knowingly attaching rare earth magnets to his reproductive apparatus is pretty ho-hum. Who knows what the rest of you dudes' friends are attaching to their genitals.

I'm not feeling too great, lately. I just want to sleep all the time, like today, except now I'm up at 2 in the morning looking at a looooong night ahead of me. This is the worst.

Dont go faling into a rut now! If youre feeling depressed, its OK, but dont wallow in it too long or it can seriously harm you and keep you from great things in life.

I recently quit smoking. The local free clinic runs a smoking clinic as well. Basically all I had to do was sign up for it, and the first visit they assessed my level of addiction (which was over 9000) and prescribed me welbutrin + the nicotine patch. This combination worked perfectly for me, and was free!

Try and see if there's something like that in your area.
