Hilariously, you can tell Orks are being manipulated by Chaos when their attacks are more organized and informed.

On the topic of chapter, there's tons and tons of chapters that could easily work without having to make things crazy. Frankly, I'd much prefer them to do a smaller chapter, or make one up that they can start building new lore into, than just throwing in ultramarines once again.

Lets get some Knights of Gryphonne in, or novamarines, or iron hands, or raven guard, or... you get the point.

Rogue Trader X4 game. The writ of free trade only works in non-imperial space, right?

Just place the thing near the Halo Stars and there you go. Maybe encounter a splinter arm of some Hive Fleet as the big bad where you need to unite various races/beat them into submission to fight it off.

I would like to pause for a moment, to talk about my penis.
My penis is like a toddler. A toddler—who is a perfectly normal size for his age—on a long road trip to what he thinks is Disney World. My penis is excited because he hasn’t been to Disney World in a long, long time, but remembers a time when he used to go every day. So now the penis toddler is constantly fidgeting, whining “Are we there yet? Are we there yet? How about now? Now? How about... now?”
And Disney World is nowhere in sight.

There aren't enough accusations of Heresy in this thread.

I'm certain it would be OK to call heresy on that My Little Pony avatar of yours.

I realise there's a new series and all but... well... it's a new series of My Little Pony.

Is this just some sort of trendy anachronistic thing I'm not getting? Are we going to be seeing the resurgence of Rainbow Brite next? If so, I'm calling in the Exterminatus right now, clearly this world has been tainted by forces most dark and foul.

    yes

rainbow brite is getting a re-make, also thundercats

they're also re-making Avatar: The Last Airbender and a new show that's premiering next week.

The new series of Avatar I don't mind, it's by the same creators and it was an awesome show.

The rest though? My mind's just going "Buuuuh?".

No, the show focuses on the next Avatar, the one who is born of Aang dies, you want fun, go to the thread, look up information, and figure out how old Aang was when he died.

    Buumi lives

No I knew that the new series is based around a new Avatar and set in a world that's apparently going through an industrial revolution. Sounded fine to me.

Why, is the thread getting into some massive angst over it or something?

EDIT: And to keep things ON topic, looking forward to seeing and fighting a Deff Dread in a close up action game. Hope they can make that encounter something special.

I see what you're saying, but Ultramarines have the benefit of being one of the most recognizable chapters. They're kicking off a new franchise (hopefully) and they want new players to know just how ultra these marines really are. :)

In the end it doesn't matter - I'm sure the dialog will be very generic. It's not like they would have included much chapter flavor.

Orks are very resistant to chaos, but yeah even if they do get possessed they will get stomped by the other orks so you rarely see them amass

However, it has happened and there is even official art of it:
