Man, Vlad is really strong with the new revolvers. Revolver-stacking Vlad dishes out a ton of damage and is almost unkillable, even more so than standard Vlad.
I think the problem is more with the spell vamp items than Vlad though. They're just too good on tanky casters right now. Rumble has the same issue.
I love double revolver vlad too, but he is not unkillable, he is unharassable. You will still instantly die to cc + 2-3 people. Don't go overboard with the spell vamp. 2 Guns is enough, that's 40% vamp. I go 2 guns, boots, Rylais, then go Situational Item or Deathcap.
Also, if you're going Vamp it's not very useful to stack HP, you wanna stack Mitigation. That way your heals are much more powerful because they are healing 150-200% Effective HP.

but it doesn't matter cause flash-in-range-successful-laser-steal was the pinnacle of my lux career
The amount of Dragons and Barons I have stolen from the enemy team with my laser and the amount of times my team went "GJ LUX!" has made up for any kind of bullshit that can happen in this game.
Guardsman Bob is a pretty good streamer. His music is nice, and he generally seems to be a decent player without the "MY ENTIRE TEAM IS TERRIBLE LET ME PUSH MY LANE AND GET GANKED OMGWTFBBQ MUST BLAME REST OF TEAM" that fellow high-ish level ELO streamers love to do.
-edit- My first (and only) viewing of HotshotGG's stream came before I was aware he was a really super top ranked player. He played a backdoor AP TF who just spent the entire time bitching on vent about how horrible his teammates were despite dying several times while backdooring and relying on a Zonya's/TF ult bug to save him the rest of the time he overextended. I will say, however, that it felt very good to watch him lose horribly that game and blame it on everyone but himself.

To be honest if I was that TF I would go AP too. Otherwise you have virtually no magic damage. Not his fault that the last pick picked ashe when you already had ranged AD and 2 other AD based champions.

Dude, ignite reduces all healing effects. So if you're fighting someone and they're trying to vamp through, ignite helps...

i run 2x movespeed and 1 arpen on most melee champs. AP champs get 2x movespeed and 1 hp. for nassus i'd probably run Arpen mark/quint.
