I bought a Wii a few years ago, but I've not gotten much enjoyment out of it. I'm thinking of selling it, but I need some input on some elements of the process.
The items I have are as follows:
Hardware/Peripherals
Nintendo Wii with Sensor Bar
Classic Controller
Two Nunchucks
Two WiiMotes
Wavebird Controller and Sensor
Games (I rented most of the games I played on the system)
WiiSports
BoomBlox
deBlob
1) I have several VC and WiiWare games on the system. Should I include leave them and include them as part of the price, or should I format the system memory?
2) Should I sell the whole thing as a bundle or sell everything piecemeal?
3) What sort of price should I set for it? I know a brand new Wii is $170 now, but I'm guessing no one's going to pay that for a used one.
4) eBay vs. Craigslist: where should I sell it? Obviously, the cost of shipping is an eBay concern, but so is being axe-murdered by a Craigslist responder.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If the buyer says he left the money in his car just in case and wants you to follow him into the parking lot, refuse. That's a common scam with in-person transactions, where a few friends are waiting to take your shit and leave.
Had a friend lose his Macbook Pro this way at knife-point in a Toronto mall parking lot.

If you see yourself buying something at Best Buy ever, I would trade the games in, at the moment you can get $3 for Wii Sports, $5 for Boom Blox, $5 for De Blob (store credit). That's more you'll get from ebay, I never used craiglist before, so can't comment there.
The console and controllers will get you $53 from Best Buy. On ebay it looks like you'll get $50 at least, I don't see it going for more than $65, lets say $65, subtract ebay and paypal fees, you'll have around $58 left.
Wavebird is going for about $14 on ebay, $11 left after fees. I don't know where else you can sell the wavebird.
