Yours or Other's Biggest Fail in Video Games (Please List and Describe) Check the Vid

Well, I was recording some TF2 footage tonight when I managed to catch a huge fail in it. I, along with a teammate, caught a guy in a combo taunt kill, a taunt kill being the most humiliating fail in TF2. My video is a fail because Taunt Kills are Loud, slow, and are insta-kills. Being hit by one indicates one of three things: 1) You're a noob, 2) You're not paying attention, or 3) You are poor at the game. Think of it like you're playing left 4 dead and you get downed by a tank punch that you somehow didn't see coming.

Anyway, that hilarious moment got me thinking. What is my biggest fail in a game? I'd have to say that my biggest fail would have to be in Golden Sun: The Lost Age. I'm fighting Dullahan, one of the hardest bosses in recent video game history, and I have been doing this for about two hours. I manage to whittle him down and I'm just about to kill him. I go to select my final attack. I hit a weaker attack, thinking he's weakened and wanting to save on psyenergy. He takes it, then proceeds to KO my whole party. I spent two hour fighting this guy, and I lose in the end because I was being stingy!!!!!!!!

Argh, rage without end. So, fellow Penny Arcaders, please let me know about your greatest fails. I'd love to hear about them, and don't forget to watch my video, to chuckle at that guy's greatest fail.

    I know mine has to be when I was very young, staying up late to play Donkey Kong on an Apple 2e.

    I finally won the first level after trying several times. Then promptly had my first asthma attack ever and it got me rushed to the hospital because I could barely breath.

    Anyway, I'd say mine would be the minecraft world that I died in so many times that I decided to rename it 'Icy Pit of Constant Sorrow'

    The most memorable set of deaths was when I dug out a deep mineshaft, planning to put ladders in on my way back up. Died at the bottom, then successively died another 7 or 8 times trying to get back down for my stuff. It probably would have been much faster to just mine down another parallel shaft next to it.

    My Videogame career is about 65% fails

    Off the top of my head, I can remember Team killing like.... my entire team in DoD Source with a bazooka... that was a good day.

    My biggest fail is not using shield/block in fighting games. It's like one button too many to my feeble mind.

    It's like the brake in racing games - if it doesn't cause immediate drifting, I'll ignore it.

    Hence the dearth of racing games in my library.

    I think my biggest fail in life is how many hours I have put into Civilization games yet I can barely handle the computer past "Chieftain" difficulty.

    Buying Rise of the Robots, I think would be somewhere around the dumbest thing I've done. Lots of ill-considered idiocies are tying for 2nd place, though.

    The first time I played Shadowrun online with some friends ended the same way. They'd been playing together for YEARS and I never play FPS games so I was running around like a baby in a bull stampede and all of a sudden I see this tetrazoidal thingamajig laying on the ground. Naturally I run over to see what that thing was.

    It's my regular trick in Reach, usually when I'm trying to bounce if off a wall on the other side of a doorway, into some dude's face. I have a knack for wrongly correcting just as I pull the trigger, whanging the thing into the doorframe instead, and dropping it right onto my own face.
