Hello fellow gamers!
We are researchers with the University of Central Florida’s RETRO Lab, a serious games research laboratory housed in both the Institute for Simulation and Training as well as the UCF Department of Psychology. We are collecting data on the experience of gamers. If (and only if) you are over the age of 18, we invite you to please participate in our study by completing a brief survey.
If you agree to participate, we will ask you a number of demographic questions pertaining to your age, ethnic background, level of comfort with gaming, and about your game playing preferences and behaviors. Then we will ask you to play a game of your choice for as long as you wish. Immediately after, we ask that you complete a survey about your game playing experience.
Completing this survey may take up to one hour (depending on how long you play the game). If you are interested, please take our survey!:
