How do I use my GFWL account on my new 360?

Hey I didn't see a better place to put this so I am just going to start a new thread.

Just got a 360 today and it is prompting me to sign up for Xbox Live. I already have a GFWL account that I would like to use on my 360 rather then have two separate accounts. How do I go about doing this? Recover my account didn't work for me.

    Ok figured it out, much like Steam, even though you can change you contact email associated with your account you still log in with the one you used to original start the account (which in my case was disposable email address).
