Please I am looking for feedback, any suggestions on how to improve my skills are welcomed.
The edge of her arm in front of her face and the right edge of her face (her left) are too sharp. It draws too much attention to those boundaries because they're the most contrasty parts of the drawing.

It's not bad, but there are a number of flaws, particularly around the eye sockets.
I'd focus on construction at the moment, try getting an Asaro head or at least using an image of one. I spent almost a year drawing these things trying to my head around the mysteries of the ..errr.. head.
The face is an incredibly tricky subject, so it takes a lot of practice to even consider yourself mediocre at drawing it.
The first thing that leaps out at me is how flat her eyeballs are, and her right cheek in general lacks depth. Some shading issues, but without a reference I can't really say more. I like your value range, and you clearly have good control of your media - the cloth is especially good.

I will work on the face more, and will post it again. Thanks

Please post or link to the reference you used. There's only so much we can say without it.
