I think as this is a comic book movie thread in SE++ we should get the obligatory "how awesome is Immortal Iron Fist" bit out of the way.

    I'll start

    It's really fucking awesome.

I'm actually thinking of reading this.

I very much doubt you will regret it

    it is so, so good.

DC don't keep their app updated so there's no good Green Lantern on there :(

every issue of the three current Green Lanter series (GL, Corps, Emerald Warriors) is available on there

Surely you could squeeze a mini-series out of that?

I hope the next time Bobby has sex out of wedlock or takes the lords name in vain he loses his Holy Water powers. I would get a chuckle out of it.

The X-Men in comics right now are a bit lame, I think

Like, the whole Utopia thing was a decent idea, I guess, but it seems to have lost it's shine.

X-Men or the whole X Line?

I disagree if it's the whole X line that is lame. It's pretty damn strong I think.

    Wolverine is also good.

    Wolverine is good, certainly

Uncanny X-Force seems OK as well

But the other X-Books from what I have seen seem eh

But as i said I haven't really read them. I am sure other people are enjoying them which is fine.

i enjoy the Daken book but I am getting a bit tired of "OH NOOO THIS DIDN'T GO ACCORDING TO PLAN" and then "TWIST! THAT WAS DAKEN'S PLAN ALL ALONG"

    it's literally everything

Yeah that seems like a fault of the character. He can't be super badass awesome all the time or else it gets stale.

He had probably one of the best turnarounds in recent history. Going from Way's godawful Wolverine: Origins run to starring in his own well-recieved ongoing.

    Dude.

Uncanny X-Force, Uncanny X-Men, Wolverine, New Mutants, Generation Hope, X-Men Legacy, and to an extent X-Factor.

Those are all good or great.

I don't really read Daken or X-23, but I'm sure they're decent books for the people that like them.

X-Men is pretty average and I have no idea what Astonishing is about these days.

I still think that's a pretty strong set of books.

He isn't bad in Ultimate X.

He isn't a wilting flower or anything but he still isn't totally on-board with the whole "I AM AN IMMORTAL SUPER NINJA" thing.

You've got the right of this. Although I don't read X-Factor or Wolverine.

Gen Hope is really cool and I like that Kenji is basically Tetsuo from Akira.

Of course I don't really read for the writing, I just love X-Men and things they do. The only thing that I actively criticize is whenever Greg Land does artwork.
