Man Eats his 25000th Big Mac, is Celebrated for it
there's an Indian restaurant that has a buffet during lunch hour, and they serve fucking amazing chicken...stuff. Chicken korma, chicken vindaloo...it's called something different everytime I go there, but it always tastes the same. Like pure fucking nirvana.

it's crazy

The TA.XT2i Texture Analyzer, produced by the Texture Technologies Corporation, of Scarsdale, New York, performs calculations based on data derived from as many as 250 separate probes. It is essentially a mechanical mouth. It gauges the most-important rheological properties of a food -- bounce, creep, breaking point, density, crunchiness, chewiness, gumminess, lumpiness, rubberiness, springiness, slipperiness, smoothness, softness, wetness, juiciness, spreadability, springback, and tackiness.
Too many carbohydrates
Increases triglyceridef5r levels
Converted to fat and stored
Increases body fat by suppressing fat oxidation
anyway have a nice day
I shouldn't have to explain this to you, Shaz, but here goes:
Anything (carbs, protein, fat) eaten in excess (read: more than your caloric needs for one day) will be stored as body fat (and muscle, if you're doing weight training). Is that the same as saying "Don't eat bread, because bread will make you fat" ...?
For one, it doesn't have nearly as many parentheticals.

I've never eaten a Big Mac, even in my teenage heyday of fast-food eating.
I do remember eating one of those disgusting Wendy's 3-patties/3-cheese slices things back in the day, after Math Club or something. It was like some ancestor of the Baconator. Gross.
I never eat the same thing twice at any restaurant I go to
I am programmed to break any and all habits before they form
unless
oh no
my habit is breaking habits
my life!
This guy seems to be one of the "lucky" ones who burns through calories like crazy.
The upside to this is that it's easy to stay thin.
The downside is you HAVE to eat quite a lot more than average just to keep your energy up.
My friend, Tommy, is one of those people. I think he said he can go through upwards of about 5-6 thousand calories a day, and he is by far the skinniest guy I know.
I dunno what the rest of that guy's diet looks like, but unless he's eating three squares on top of two Big Macs, he can't be consuming more than like 2-2.5k calories a day, which is perfectly reasonable. He's got a typical middle-aged build, with probably a little paunch around the middle. Not super-fit or anything, but not "fat" either.
For an idea on the power of Energy Balance = Calories In - Calories Out, see: guy who ate nothing but Twinkies for a month (maybe longer?) and lost weight and had relatively normal health indicators.

Difficult, but not impossible.
It's the buying 6 on monday and microwaving them until thursday that I do not get. Like McDonald's is bad enough in fresh form, and I like it.
Dear satan I wish for this or maybe some of this....oh and I'm a medium or a large.
I drink almost no soda at all any more.
do they even still have that shit
No
it sounds pretty good
And I said, "No, Doc, Code Red."
Follow me on Twitter??
I've seen some in a vending machine here.
we also talk about other random shit and clown upon each other
Carbs don't make you fat.
They do with most people's life styles.
That doesn't mean bread (carbs) "make you fat."
Some days, I dream the entire world has seen Scott Pilgrim.
And until very recently in this quote chain, I could keep that dream alive.
Why I fear the ocean.
I've seen the movie.
Doesn't mean I don't feel compelled to correct a misconception.
Coran Attack!
alas
But then, I'm slightly biased.
I don't think you're clarifying much here. Pretty sure most people at least here understand the science behind carbs and fat.
You'd be surprised.
And it never hurts to reiterate, in any event.
EDIT: For the record, carbohydrates and fat.
i shouldnt post this but the link you posted said
anyway have a nice day
It was ok.

and you're right you don't need to explain to me

and we bought em
those are big things
I don't remember much about Scott Pilgrim; I only remember lines from movies that aren't hipster catnip.
I'm gonna use that one later.
And now I'm hearing that in Phineas's voice.
And my brain is beginning the early stages of eventually trying to convince me this is actually an episode.
Why I fear the ocean.
But this... I would never have thought to do. I might just try it.
Yeah, lots more people have seen Mean Girls
