We only killed one member of Beta, 38thDoe. even that wasn't on purpose. I basically gave up on us winning alone because we were basically incompetent.
Horrific Mindscape: If anyone tries to seer you, they go insane. Insanity in this case is a -50% universal penalty that they’re made aware of, but not why it happened. You can also opt to target this ability manually and select a player (as one of your two nightly actions), but doing so means that the passive aspect of this ability will not function on that night. Seer attempts are half as effective when used on you- if they fail, the seer will identify you as “the Lieutenant”, a role that doesn’t actually exist, rather than being informed that they were unsuccessful. This is a psychic ability.
Abilities: Infinite Mind: Seer attempts are half as effective when used on you. If unsuccessful, the seer will be informed that you're an Arcadian, a Multitasking Telepath (a role that doesn't really exist) instead of being made aware that they failed.
How about now?

My friend is working on a roguelike game you can play if you want to. (It has free demo)
My point is that trusting someone you've seered in phallakenetic as a friendly special that has a role no one else has might not be the best idea because there is a chance they might be the biggest and baddest of the bads, particularly when they're telling everyone they're neutral. I don't think that was anyone else's reason to not contact Rend, but it was mine.

Many thanks for running this, Ed. It's a shame I was Day 1'd but it had to happen again some time. Thanks also to my lovely team-mates, adventfalls and Dunadan.
For as long as the Pinnacle Guild has existed, you have been their rival in every respect. The news that they have claimed this planet for their own purposes is entirely unacceptable to you.
Your objective is to raid their facilities and then destroy their infrastructure. Waste not want not.
The Guild's Experiments are of specific interest, and may be turned against them. But as for the planet itself... Really, who gives a damn?
Faction: Exigent Organisation
Sub-faction: Specialist
Life: You each have a life of 100
Attack: You each have a Special attack of 20
Abilities:
Preparation: Your team will accumulate additional individual abilities as they study and salvage technology and techniques from fallen hostiles. This ability will only take effect when the Organisation is the main cause of a player's demise (it won't work on assisted kills or vote kills).
Aegis: Instead of dealing damage with an attack, you may opt to reduce the attack power sent towards a person by an amount equal to your attack value.
Group Powers:
You may only use one of these per night!
Assassinate: Select a target between yourselves and deal 200 physical damage to them.
Mindblast: Select a target between yourselves and deal 150 psionic damage to them.
Convert: This ability will convert a member of the Experiment sub-faction to your cause.
Victory Conditions
Eliminate three of the following teams/factions:
Alpha Team, Beta Team, High Council, Domarian Legion
But note with their elite Alpha and Beta task forces defeated, the Guild will be doomed and the game will end! If you have not yet met your win condition, you will lose!
The Arcadian Order does not necessarily share your win condition, but they are not opposed to you.
Amused Solar was paranoid about me lying with "the deal" when he leaked the entire security team and myself to the mafia. Only thing he didn't leak is the identities of Spoit and Zellpher (but not that we were networked with them).
But that's pretty much phalla as usual I suppose.

Oh come on, like I could have been the big bad-
-... well, I guess...
Scared we're going to judge your tactics
If you want to collaborate on something stupidly complicated, you can always help me with my game.
I've been developing it for, what, a year and a half now?
EDIT:
Also, super sad I missed on this. Every game that Ed makes (including Exigency) is always pure intrigue-filled fun.
