Sad thing is, some of these games are making it to the US courtesy of other publishers. Or they're all just ripping off each other.
According to Gamespot, this is from same developer as crap like Billy the Wizard, Anubis II, Ninjabread Man, Mini Desktop Racing, Offroad Extreme, and such that Ive seen littering the shelves at the Toys R Us I work at. Why we carry such shit I really don't know.

FUN FACT: Billy the Wizard was originally titled Barry Hatter.
The name was changed at the last minute due to creative differences.
In that it wasn't creative at all but a blatent rip-off designed in no way I'm sure to lure half blind old grannies at Christmas time/birthdays into buying this poor child the advertures of Barry and his mates Bermione and Bon Beasley as a present.

Did I mention that Phoenix games (or whatever madman publishes these "games"*) makes actual TV advertisements in German TV, especially for this game? It seems they** also include/mention crap games from other developers as well (Anubis II)
*atrocities from hell
** whoever "they" are - might be a big chain store which desperately tries to get rid of the bargain bin weights - unfortunately I only got a glimpse of the last few seconds of the spot
edit: I try to make some screen shots of the advertisement
edit nr.2: Actually german customers seem to be smart regarding no-name bargain bin deals. I have seen no one who actually bought this shit (and I am one of these people who scour second-hand shops in order to find game rarities - Phoenix games are nowhere to be found). Visiting the Phoenix game filled bargain bins in the shopping mall is like visiting old friends.
Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case for crappy brand-name products. Yesterday I saw a parent buying a spider man pogo stick ball thing and something in me died a little.
There are cases where copyright laws and intellectual property protection laws are way too harsh and strict, and then there are cases like this where they're too lax.
Am I the only one who thinks that an adult combat game set in the Pokemon universe would actually be an interesting idea? They've got children walking around with fire-breathing dragons, you can't tell me the military isn't in on that.

Are these guys aware that Tony Hawk has been through nine fucking iterations over three console generations and never looked this horrible?
Holy shit, the glitch at 2:43 where he's bumping into the stairs and repeatedly almost-but-not-quite falling over is ridiculous. Especially with that seven-second perpetual loop of half-assed house music playing in the background.

My God... Those boxarts! Those titles! That's the kind of crappy terrible boxarts I'd be trying to make if I were making generic parodies of videogames! I wouldn't be surprised if they made stuff like "Final Explosion" and "Feline Mermaid".
I can't believe someone is actually publishing this crap.
Though honestly, if I worked for them, at least I'd be happy in programming and publishing SOMETHING... though it'd be utterly terrible. It'd look better on a resume than absolutely nothing...
Ok, well, maybe with some of these games, having nothing on a resume WOULD be better.
10 minigames.. if you beat them all you unlock A BONUS ONE!
I especially like the genre the game is listed under.
I love the description:

Uhhhh. peculiar? This sounds very AO if you ask me.

That sad thing is, that one is actually real...
In true Phoenix spirit, if a photoshop thread came up, I would recycle my post from here, but maybe change the name.

Phoenix Games are a developer of games [citation needed]

I figured I'd give it a shot.

As somebody already said, it looks like someone actually spend time designing the cover. (I think this is the only good thing about this game)
Ha ha, I love the sloppiness of MSpaint with these.

Call of Duty 6: Johto Warfare
I'd buy it.
Sig'd.

I wouldn't mind an RTS/RPG hybrid.
I cheated and used photoshop.

I'm sure they operate on the same rules.
I never asked for this!

Problem solved!
Only one way to find out!
"Most of these Phoenix-developed children's games use traditional cel animation, even in cases where the box art features polygonal 3D figures"
I love that. So subtle but so spiteful.
