    I remember Neotokyo

    Man, that game looked so good, graphically, especially for a mod

    And the map design was incredible

    I wish it had found a larger community than it did

    I remember when I lived in the country and we could only have dial-up. Then we got satellite internet eventually. And it was still awful. I could never play any games online.

    Then I moved out to live on my own and I have great internet and it is great.

    directv wont fucking let us that's how

    we're in broadcasting range of their local affiliate(the shit you pick up with tinfoil bunny ears on top of the TV(we live in hicksville this is how most dudes get TV(because it's free, you see.)))
    so they just tell us to fuck off and use that

    but after that digital switch everybody made a huge fucking deal about the bunny ears dont work
    you have to use one of those boxes the govt. gave out for free.
    only our box fucking broke and dad won't go out and buy another one for some stupid reason

    The premise that using a technology relying on proximity to higher population density areas to participate in group activities and communications makes one a social outcast is unsupported. Any argument built on that premise is necessarily problematic.
