Seagate Data Recovery

Anybody know what the rates and/or turnaround on Data Recovery services from Seagate (Canada)?

I have a Seagate 160GB that seems to have bought the farm, and despite having numerous irreplaceable photos and documents on it, my parents failed miserably to follow my instructions regarding regular backups.

If it matters, the total data that needs recovery is probably <20GB.

The drive is hit or miss on BIOS detection, I tried attaching to both my XP desktop and my Windows 7 desktop and it sometimes gets detected by the device manager/scan for changes but the drive management console goes out to lunch or detects it as like 8GB uninitialized.
