Most of what I've hear is "Reloading," "I need a weapon," etc. I only played 5 games or so with it, but after hearing Fillion's over-the-top lines I expected a little more.
I've used Cortana's voice since being able to afford it. Never gonna give her up.
I'd say Cortana's voice was the most disappointing. Because it wasn't Cortana, it was Jen Taylor. They couldn't make up their minds if you actually were Cortana, or Cortana talking to a Spartan, so half the lines are first person, half 3rd person. She just doesn't sound like Cortana to me.
My problem is how unsightly it will be if I did go that option.
It would go out through my room into the hallway and into the living room where the cable box/router/modem are
Arent these LASO weeklies Solo, or am I thinking of certain daily challenges?
As far as I've been able to discern, the challenges that require solo play are stated as such. THat would be horrible tho- to get all the way through and not have it pop?!!

I had a weird Yoink the other day during a regular Slayer match. I was standing behind the guy performing the assassination, melee-d, and ended up punching the assassin-ee across the room instead of killing the guy right in front of me.
That's because the placement of both people during an assassination is entirely dependent on both of the parties camera angle.
For example, have you ever tried to do a one hit melee to someone's back as they are assassinating someone? Notice how that never works? Because most of the time, when someone is performing an assassination, they spin the camera around to see it from the front, and thus their front and back are actually reversed. This is true of the victim as well.
It's easiest to see this while armor locking. Spinning the camera around during your own armor lock, surely you've noticed that you are facing the direction your camera was, and not the original direction your spartan was facing.

Edit: this has one time led to me betraying a teammate by trying to punch an enemy in the face (thinking it was actually his back) while he assassinated a friendly.
