A few months ago there was some sort of offer up on Xbox dot com that had something about registering your console and getting 2 free XBLA games.

i had completely forgot about it until today, ended up getting the Email for Frogger and Joust free.

just letting you know that if you signed up, you should be getting it soon.

i'm not sure if the offer is still available though, my google-foo may be too weak to find the offer.

    Frogger and Joust make me feel so inadequate. I can't even get to level 2 on Frogger, what the hell happened to me?

    Yeah, it was beating my ass earlier. :/

    oh well, free is free.

    might be able to pick up 50 or so gamerscore from it or something.

    For some reason I was never able to beat the first level in Frogger. I still can't!

    Well, I qualified, and signed up. Everything was done correctly. And I haven't got shit.

    I want my free games...

    Plus, I know quite a bit of people who didn't qualify, like, they got their system at launch, and still signed up and recieved the games. What the hell?

    This is a different promotion, but I found out that I was somehow eligible for some free points in November (it was some deal where if you sign up for Live Gold in November, you'd get 1600 free points) and since I'd happened to sign up in that time, I should get the points.

    The caveat being, of course, that they won't arrive util March. Fucking March.

    What's the betting it coincides with the SotN release? :)

    I got it in an email and it didn't require any sign-up. It only applied if you went from Silver to Gold in November 06. And it may have been UK only, but I'm not sure about that.
