I'm not going to be training any decent pokemon in Diamond/Pearl until I'm pretty much through the game. So basically, my participation in any WiFi battles comes down to if I have anything trained when you guys are battling.

We plan on June, just so everyone has time to beat the game and get some good pokemon.

Then the league is ready for Summer, and this would be a great way to kick it off.

I know we were talking about a D/P tournament earlier, but who's up for a RBY or GSC tournament in the near future? And using actual teams that you built up?

We just need to figure out the rules were we to do such a thing.

Or we could use the actual rules from Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2. Imagine a Little Cup tournament!.........though we'd probably have to ban Thick Club from being used, otherwise Cubone would be potentially broken.

And its levelling up moveset, as those can be given through breeding as well, assuming it can breed.

I guess I should be more specific those that don't quite know what I mean.

If the level up moves a breedable Pokemon has in its moveset are moves that the baby Pokemon would also learn through levelling up, then those moves can be used in the Little Cup.

Example: A Dratini and Dragonite can learn Hyper Beam through levelling up. Therefore, A Dratini can use Hyper Beam in the Little Cup since a Dragonite with Hyper Beam can give that move to the Dratini through breeding.

I'm guessing the answer is a "no."
