Can someone isolate the characters in the last panel here? Like do what needs to be done to make everything but them transparent so I can drop it into something else? I have an edit idea, but I am terrible at editing something cleanly around borders of characters or whatevs.

Best I can offer right now:
Maybe someone else can do a cleaner job. If you can, you might do some edge blurring once they're in the image - get rid of some of that nasty white noise.
Edited: Had a few minutes to do some extra clean-up.
