Magneto is almost always justified in his actions.
That's the beauty of the character, and always has been. He's a bad person, but he is not wrong.
I tend not to read much super hero comics so I don't always have the best image of characters. Up til now I always considered him as a semi justified jackass. Wasn't til this last movie that it finally hit me he just moved from one form of persecution at the hands of humans to another.
The first X-Men movie didn't portray Magneto at his best, the whole plot to make Rogue die in his place was not especially self-righteous, and this is pointed out to him in the film (and he acknowledges it).
The second X-Men movie however was Magneto at his very best. Kill off every human on Earth? That's terrible! Except that they almost did it to his species 1.5 minutes earlier, which makes it a little harder to judge him. Which is to say nothing about the prison escape scene, which was pants-moisteningly awesome.
The third movie, well, it was shit. But at least the girl who played Kitty Pryde did a pretty good job and Halle Berry's hair looked pretty good.

They believe that companies who don't offer enough money simply won't get workers, and areas with no employees offering sufficient money will see people move away.
I don't think they understand that if you need a minimum wage job, you'll probably take whatever you can get, and also lack the funds to just up and move to a place where the Pizza Hut pays better.
