Count me in, then. I don't have my resists setup quite yet (57 unbuffed, last i checked), but with planar prot and maybe the resist bard buff we can all be there or thereabouts.

75% or so? and that was with completely fucking up an entire mechanic for 90% of the night without knowing it

but we've got the healing pretty much down for the first major phase of the fight and I'm pretty sure our dps was on pace and evenly split without too much trouble

I think we might do grug this week depending on our raid comp (ie enough clerics to actually heal people)

My thoughts on last night:

-Jesus christ, 20 billion mechanics to learn
-kezzzzzzzza's life story is apparently tragic but no one will tell me
-People kept thinking weird things about the purple squares, and I was frustrated that no one was listening to me about it until i realized that I was still in that other place
-Need more warriors, how can we seriously be lacking in warriors so badly

75% ain't bad at all, but we'll need a lot more time wiping on those mechanics before we get them down, I think.

rune king is pretty intense

the mage tank isn't outrageously hard to keep alive, but i need a reasonable amount of chloro aoe spillover propping up my hots and as soon as that lapses monster goes down and the raid wipes

surprisingly, though, split sent/ward is legitimately the spec of choice for healing in that fight (and apparently estrode too)
i tried my regular healing spec and the way the damage distribution panned out it was just shitty and useless

we killed sicaron super fast though so i anticipate learning this p quick also

yeah i felt like not specifically mentioning it but the reason we wiped at least the second to last time was because kezza was supposed to be helping me and she forgot life-giving veil again

i'm willing to admit i'm not super effective with sent/ward, i need to tweak it a little i think

i invested a reasonable amount in AOE buffs because you sorta have to if you wanna fill the requisite points in sent/ward...i could switch my aoe focus to improved healing invocation, but i really rarely found myself needing to use it in that fight. and i pretty much took all the single target point things i could

though i also realized last night my main spec healing build is sorta out of date or i remade it wrong at some point because it has some dumb choices

being able to use one button to deliver at the very least GOOD aoe or EXCELLENT spot healing is the best

I was doing pvp on my rogue alt to get him enough favor for the pvp 90% mount and I specced into marksman and it was just every 42 seconds I used strafe and rapid fire shot to kill any one person I wanted

PVP isn't terrible, at least in the Warfronts side. You really do have to get together a party/raid to be really useful though.

The only reason I started playing Rift is because I thought the PvP would be good. Now, it's not super bad, but it's definitely less than an afterthought.

Deepstrike is packed, but I'll warn you: because it's a PVP shard, a decent amount of the players are there for the PVP and not much more. But The Endless Court (our guild) has roughly 15 people on at any given time, and up to 40 or so on active nights. There's several raidruns each weekend, and people are usually always down for T2s or 10-mans.
