Doom pack!? this confuses things slightly. Singularity, Fallout new Vegas dlc or doom pack?
Fuck the Bionic Commando, sneaking outside my limit.
1. the doom pack.
2. Singularity is supposed to be awesome. I bought it but have not played it yet.
3. Stay far, far away from the Bionic Commando games. I played rearmed on the 360 when it first came out, and then I got the Bionic Commando bundle during a previous sale. Rearmed's PC port is kinda junky, and it's impossible to play. The new Bionic Commando game is absolutely terrible, and I would go as far as to say that it's one of the worst games I have ever played.
Thank you all for pointing out that these were on sale as well.

- Already own Alpha Protocol (and haven't played it ) so no sale there
- Bully is a definite. I really enjoyed it on the 360 and I don't think I ever finished it.
- Might pick up Doom, Doom 2, and maybe Final Doom
- Is Trine good?
- Holding out for New Vegas GOTY edition or whatever.
- What is With Fire and Sword? I bought the Mount and Blade pack last sale, but haven't played them yet
Even thought i didnt get to play the HD version yet,Serious Sam is a AWESOME AWESOME game and you should all get it if you like fps even a little bit. I played hours and hours of the old ones in coop with friends and killing tons and tons of crazy enemies never gets old.
Actually, the $5 that I would save going to Best Buy might be made up for in gas money. $3.50 per gallon, 25 miles per gallon, BB would need to be no more than 18 miles away.
When I see stuff like this I get confused, I could get to something like 6 best buys going 18 miles 1 way. Yay Urban area I guess.
I have four horses living in my back yard. A couple of years ago, I worked at Kroger, and I passed at least three family farms (fields with crops growing) on my way to work. I live in a very rural area.
Yea I just haven't ever had to deal with that distance. Like I have crazy stuff like a Target 3 blocks from a Target near by.
Anyways I am trying to find something I might want today and it's looking like Trine is about it. I don't really know anything about AP or Singularity though.
Getting the complete Mount and Blade pack is a bit pointless. The original is null considering its trumped completely by Warband. Warband is essentially the game the original should have been. There's no point in playing the first.
'With Fire and Sword' has gotten sub par initial reviews but they've been pumping out patches to address balance and gameplay issues. Personally I'm picking it up because of how much I love WB and at $3.74 it's worth it to support the devs and to experience a different setting/map/troops.
Let's see. Definitely getting Alpha Protocol. Considering Trine and M&B. Never heard of Frozen Synapse so I'll have to look into that. Fallout: NV is on my list but if I decide I want it I'll just stop into Best Buy on my way home.
Someone sell me on Mount & Blade Fire & Sword please.
The first time I played M&B, I road a horse into a castle which was over run by the enemy. Then I got speared through the back.
No but really, M&B is a ton of fun.
Thanks - I appreciate the response with the thread moving so fast. AP I had been watching for so that's bought'd already. I'm running my steam wallet budgetcal-o-tron now to see if I can fit M&B Fire/Sword in.

Someone talk me into Frozen Synapse. I've been wanting it for awhile, but I get paid tomorrow. I could buy it... or slightly more things to blow up tonight. What to do!?
What the fuck was I thinking, not getting the humble bundle 3? Oh well, hmm. Nothing catches my eye as an immediate need. Wish RUSE was just slightly better or slightly more popular. I had great fun with the demo.
The only thing keeping me from snagging Singularity is that it (apparently) doesn't have subtitles, which is a huge pet peeve of mine for any plot-driven game developed by a company larger than five dudes in a garage or some remote country.
If I buy Frozen Synapse as a gift, do I get to send the two copies to two different people, or do I send them to one person and then he has an extra copy to give, or what the heck?
Ok quick. All I know about Alpha Protocol is from the super old Launch Trailer. How is it? Is it buggy? Story cool? Gameplay? Really tempted but I already spent more than the price of AP on gifts =p

I sadly missed it as well, despite apparently being on the notification list. Ah well. I do already have Trine, and I recommend it.
Alright people, I'm looking to do a trade since I've bought stuff in other sales that I'm less likely to play than New Vegas. My want is for New Vegas and I've got up for trade the codes for:
Dead Space
Arma 2
Plants vs Zombies
Civ 4 Complete
Prince of Persia: SoT
So if someone wants a 1:1 Civ 4 to New Vegas or some other combination then PM me and let's get some STEAM sale merriment to make!
Anyone interested in Mount and Blade: Buy Warband Only
Fire + Sword is a glorified mod and not a very good one at that. If you are really that interested I guess 3-4 bucks isn't terrible but you will probably just go back to Warband.

Packs work like the latter. Your receiver gets an extra copy.

I love Alpha Protocol, the gameplay is okay (some people hate it, I like it. Just stick with Pistols) but the story, voice-acting and writing are amazing. It's basically a Spy Action RPG and your choices can make a lot of difference with the story.
Edit: It's not that buggy either, I found it quite stable when I played through it a few months ago.

Consider this list one game smaller. (as soon as steam process the purchase!)
This is good to know, though I'm still on the fence.

I just opened a game, hit F12, and quit. An interface came up asking what to do with the screen grab, and I hit upload. Got my ticket.

How is it compared to Fallout 3? Are any of the dlc worth it? Will it trap my soul?

I thought Dead money sucked, haven't played Honest hearts.
I have over 100 hours into it, if that's any indication. In that order.
