    i told marty they added a BOFORS cannon and he cried.

    but yeah it doesn't matter what endomatic says or who he thinks he is, playing against something like 3 heavies and 3 medics is no fun for anyone and I really think we should either limit them or I should be able to drug and blind as many heavies as I want

    Ok so whomever had the chance to play (stomp) on some goofy pyro named Sayara or some variant of Schrodinger's Cat. Thanks for making this game alot more enjoyable! :>

    Also, too many heavies is also pretty lousy on the winning team too. Egh all the damn scatterclusterfuck

    I have a silly question, but i haven't been able to google up an answer that led to anything for me: How do i install the map pack on my mac?
    My connection seems to drop off when i wanna download the maps in-game, but i just cannot seem to find any other folder with maps in it on my mac.

    Anyone?

    I have no idea how I miss so many point blank flare guns. Since I'm running the attendant set, I don't have the axtinguisher, but you'd think that being able to outrun any non-scout class would allow you to easily hit things with a flare gun

    As a duder who plays way too much TF2, I think a Heavy limit of 2 would be fair.

    That way one person can't hog it, and you can't go "team heavy"

    I just got a crate and when I opened it there was a strange scout shotgun in it. What is it? Should I be using it?

    Strange Weapons get title upgrades as you kill more mans with them

    Like after you kill ten people it'll be an Unremarkable Scattergun, at forty-five kills it'll be a Scarcely Lethal Scattergun, etc.

    And it lists how many kills you have with it in the description

    Strange weapons just keep track of how many kills that weapon has and brings up an annoying popup message whenever you reach certain milestones.

    No, because the bulk of the problem is DPS. He can do too much damage too fast for an average player to be able to do anything about it. The Tomislav made this super obvious, but the problem has been there for a while.

    Once you factor in the sandvich and medics, the situation gets even worse.

    The only effective counter to a heavy right now is to "out skill" him. Extremely good players can kill an average heavy without too much of an issue. Those of us in the middle of the curve just get bored and run to the forums to complain.

    IIRC, you should be able to place them in /Macintosh HD/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/<steam account name>/team fortress 2/tf/maps/

    But there have been several instances where I've gotten the drop on a heavy, and should've won, but he had a tomislav.

    Be that as it may, I think it would cut down on the problem of multiple Heavies on one team. I'm confident that a Heavy who blows ammunition on suppressive fire and Spy sweeps uses more ammunition than a 100 maximum can recover easily from weapon drops and ammo crates, which means that if you throw more than one or two Heavies onto your team, most of them are going to be going click-click-click, which means their DPS drops to 0.

    My favorite musical instrument is the air-raid siren.

    it's more that the input to Ownify the battlefield as heavy is much less than as literally any other class

    Hey while we're talking about limiting classes can we do snipers and spies? Too many of either/both don't contribute to pushing carts and capping points. I could say the same of scouts too, you just need a couple of the beefier classes to make a well balanced team. And engineers, too many engineers just make a map boring. Oh and demomen, they're always annoying when theres 4 or 5 of them. I guess while you're at it you as well go all the way and limit medics, soldiers, and pyros.
