Is there any info out there on system reqs for Skyrim or Rage? I'd hate to pre-order them and then be SOL when I need to upgrade to get them to just look decent.
Edit: Also, when does Steam charge for pre-orders? When bought, or when released?

Ghost Master is a cool little game. One of my last minute sale snags.
Ghost Master sounded familiar, so I opened my "Haven't Played" category on Steam to see if I bought it during the Summer Sale. That category is a lot bigger than I remember.
Is the Elder Scrolls pack giftable if you own the games? Asking because wanted to see if anyone that preordered Skyrim was interested in a trade, tossing me that pack for some 10 dollar gift of their choice.

As a rule of thumb, you cannot gift pre-owned games from packs. Valve is the one exception.
I meant more just buying the pack at all, not gifting their seperate copies. Like, they just buy it as a gift. They get a discount that makes it 5 bucks cheaper. But I figure anyone preordering Skyrim already must own at least Obllvion, is why I asked.
Skyrim pre-ordered, then. I try not to buy full price games, but I want to be in on that one from the start.
you're not gonna use that heavy hat are you? sure you're not!

If I pre-order Skyrim, is there/will there be an editor that is released with it?
I just want to mod it right from the get-go to remove anything annoying, like, you know, those bird-things-which-shall-not-be-named from the third game. You know the ones I'm talking about.

Probably going to drop $300 between now and the end of year, more like $400 actually... Deus Ex 3, Battlefield 3, Red Orchestra 2, Skyrim, Rage, and Diablo 3 if it comes out. Fuck. Oh and the Game of Thrones game.
so, I think I am slow today. I am playing zombie atom smasher and I cannot for the life of me find an option that allows me to choose my mercs. I have seen people mention it is necessary but I can't find how. Can someone tell me how dumb I'm being and help me out please?
It's one of the modifiers when starting a campagn. For some reason when doing your first campaign they don't always show up though, so you may have to start a new campaign.

Atom Zombie Smasher added to Humble Bundle 3. Already owned, but is an awesome little game and the news should be spread.
I just wanted to say, thanks for noting this - I picked up the bundle some time last week, and getting all my Steam news from here, would never have noticed that it had been added if you hadn't mentioned it.
Also, I've wanted to smash Zombies to Atoms for a while, so this is turning out awesome!
I played through The Maw on the 360. It's a fairly enjoyable third person puzzle game, basically. Kind of cute. You walk around with this purple sentient blob and feed it various alien creatures to make him bigger and gain their powers to overcome various obstacles in each level.
Heard of 'Splosion Man and Comic Jumper? It's those guys' first game, and not really anything like those other games.

It looks akin to MDK, in a way. At least the way it plays, maybe not as much as the changing roles part, I guess. I guess, it's worth $4, right? It's not like the Path wherein I'll buy it somehow, play it for 2 minutes, find it utterly stupid and a waste of money and time, and then wish I'd have never bought it in the first place, right?

I paid $5 for it on XBLA, didn't get the DLC packs, and thought it was worth it.

lulz way to separate from the pack, duders
I simply operate under the assumption that my opinions and only my opinions are correct. It's served me well.
Don't let the Newell take me!
Seems like the right thing to do. But I noticed you don't have "From Dust" in your cart.
I think you might be asking the wrong people here.
Already pre-purchased it.
Well in that case can i interest you in a copy of Rage or Deus Ex Human Revolution
Weird, Steam is showing Elder Scrolls pack for $14.99 but it's sitting in your cart for $9.99. What am I doing wrong?
It is not. Otherwise I'd be all over that.

Already pre-ordered Deus Ex: Human Revolution Augmented Edition for $40 on GreenmanGaming.
And I liked Rage more back when it was called Borderlands.
Unless you are selected to join the intergalactic fight against Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada.

just reminding you fine folks of this
my shame, that is
I am a bit on the fence of that one. I still wanna get it, just not as much as From Dust, Bastion, or Elder Scrolls III-V.
Could you elaborate?
you would be my hero if you could
let me know!

The Maw is pretty awesome, is what it is.

Except for The Scourge Project.
