Counting Calories

I've been trying to get healthier lately. I have been trying to use websites to count calories and protein, fat, etc. But, there are just so many websites out there that I'm not sure which one is the best. I really want something that will keep track of my intake over time and something that has many available foods to record. I've been using http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/ The problem is that this site locks up on me a fair amount of the time. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you don't mind paying for it I know a lot of people have had great success with Weight Watchers.

I believe the Livestrong website and caloriecount.about.com are some of the best as far as portion size options and overall food listings.

I used caloriecount.about.com to pretty good success. They had most things I ate in their database, and you can save entries for things they don't that you eat a lot.

I've been using caloriecount.about.com since January and I'm finding it's the best option. Their database of foods is huge, you can add to it as well if you have the nutrition facts and you can even put in recipes in it which helps me out a lot for when I cook lunches for the week.

Been using it since January and I've lost almost 30lbs (with going to the gym a few times a week).

if you have a smartphone I've been using the MyFitnessPal ap. It has a pretty big database of food items plus you can create your own entries. It's missing a few vitamins (only shows A and C I think) but all the main things are tracked
