I don't know if you admin types would be willing to share your code or not but I mod another phpbb forum and we'd love to implement the deputy abilities there. Is it possible for us to get this hack from you guys? If so thanks, if not that's cool too. Just thought I'd check before we started working on it.

I have no objection whatsoever to it being released. However, I've told other people before that I simply don't have the time to go back and document what all I changed to implement deputies and jailing. When I started off I was documenting it because I thought about releasing it as an installable module, but as time wore on, it became more important to me to just "get it done" and not to properly document it.


The short version of all this is, if Alpha has time to package it, or sees fit to assign someone else to that task, then sure, you are more than welcome to it.

Thankfully, phpBB 2.2 will be released along side Starcraft 2 so there are no worries there
