PATV troubles

If this has been asked recently, I apologize, but I've been having trouble watching the new PATV shows. I'm running IE9 and it appears my browser is trying to use quicktime to play the videos. I can watch almost all videos up until the season finale of the penny-arcade series but nothing since then and not gabe-art or the loading ready run show. Quicktime prompts me to visit a sight of plugins to get the video to work and I got DivX but that didn't seem to be correct. So basically, what file type are the new episodes in and what plug-in/program do I need to view them?
