Free FRAPS like program?

Anyone know of a free/legal program that is like fraps? I basically want to recorder video games, but not worth the $37 since it's just for fun. Any free alternatives?

    I'm not sure how well it works in video games and the files may be massive, but CamStudio Open Source is free and you can record full screen.

    I mean, AFAIK it doesn't have any ingame controls. So I'm not sure how it would work, really. It's not explicitly designed for games. I'm sorry I can't be more help, but I do know it is a legal, free, full screen recorder that can do video and sound (if you set it up right and your sound card supports it). You might be able to get it working the way you want.

    Community Clips is what I've used. Works pretty well. It's free.
