Finding the new neutral color is going to be a pain. Maybe purple if we slam it into people's heads repeatedly. Maybe there's an orange yellow that will be annoying but tolerable.
The problem with balancing on styles is that not everyone uses them though. I don't mind the default style, and I'm sure a lot of other people aren't using style mods either.
And even though I am not a mentor; any post that has a vote in it and has been edited is usually not counted. Make sure to spell people's names right when you vote.
Unfortunately, with moving this week, I don't really have the time to serve as a good mentor. I will say, however:
Ties will usually be regarded by the village as "A Bad Thing". Ties can be resolved in multiple ways, but different hosts do it differently. Make sure to watch out for how ties are handled, as some hosts like to kill both the tied players, and the player who cast the vote.
There was one, I forget the game but the host really did not like ties.

That is a hilarious mechanic and I am seriously considering using it in my next phalla.
So going off Spoit's clarification, and in general, the MOST important thing to look for is where the vote is. Ideally it's first, if not then weird things may happen.
After that, if it looks something like what Spoit has, or "everything at the same time," then it's a pretty safe order with no traps.
And before this game starts, let me just say that I am really enjoying Peccavi's posting restriction in the other phalla.
