Trying to outfit my department with a new headset scheme and I need competent advice. So do I go to IT? No, I make a G&T thread. Anyways, I am looking for a quality headset (one ear) with a microphone that I can plug into an iPod Touch. I will take a recommended brand, an item link, really anything at this point, but I need to have my employees have one ear open and a mic. Bluetooth isn't working out for us because having 25 entry level employees try to sync up at the start of a shift is creating predictable problems.
