He is our first. My wife is a little overwhelmed, but we're coping.

My first just turned 1. How time flew. Take lots of pics cuz he won't be little for long.

Then they handed me garden shears and those barely worked.
Because if so I don't want to be right
the first is that baby sign language stuff works and possibly will make them talk earlier
the second is that the sound of running water can calm a crying baby
he was born in the O.R. My wife was prepped for a C-Section, but they managed to get him out with the forceps. His heart rate was high at that point so he was whisked away and examined, so I didn't really get the cut the cord option. That suited me just fine, though. Leave it to the professionals.
