SMTP Header help : What's this line mean?

A customer has sent me two emails with the same PDF attachment. I can view one of them, the other I cannot. The only difference I can see in the headers of these emails is that the one with the "invisible" attachment contains this line:

X-pstn-neptune: 0/0/0.00/0

Anyone know what's going on here?
