That axe, if it's what it appears to be, is a blue BoE axe (the only one in TBC as far as I know). The other one you're thinking of Septus (I think) is Grom'tor's Charge (the Cipher of Damnation quest reward). Very solid tanking axe.
After asking around, waiting for people to do a Stratholme group, asking some more, finding a group in the LFM tool (only to find they decided they didn't want to go anymore and just forgot about leaving LFM tool), asking a few more times, and noticing that nobody's going back to do Stratholme anymore, I finally just found a level 70 priest in Trade, offered them 50g to help me duo the final BE paladin epic mount quest, and went over and got to blow up some paladin NPCs. Pair of fast horses, go!
And my Main that my boss made my level up to 60 before BC. It is so cool having a boss that plays. Yes that cat has been my since just outside Auberdine immediatley after finishing the tame pet quest chain. I have a bug as well, but Rascal has been with me from 10 to 70.

I want to say it's the quest reward from the cipher of damnation. Basically it's the standard warrior tanking weapon you see everywhere.
